CANCELLATION POLICY 

1.1. You may cancel product(s) ordered on the Website/App within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

1.2. www.specialmeds.in reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including, but not limited to:

1. Non-availability of the product(s) or the quantities ordered.
2. Errors or inaccuracies in pricing information.

1.3. www.specialmeds.in may also cancel orders for the following reasons, without any liability to the Company:

1. Product(s) ordered are intended for commercial resale rather than personal use.
2. Multiple orders of the same product placed for delivery to the same address.
3. Bulk quantities of the same product ordered.
4. Invalid address provided in the order details.
5. Any form of malpractice or fraudulent activity used to place the order.
