Return Policy

1.1. www.specialmeds.in may allow the return of product(s) under the following circumstances:

  1. The product(s) delivered do not match your order.
  2. The product(s) are past their expiry date.
  3. The product(s) are damaged in transit.

1.2. If you receive a damaged product, please do not accept the delivery. If the damage is discovered after opening the package, you may return the product(s) for a refund or replacement. Please note that replacements are subject to product availability; if a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided.

1.3. www.specialmeds.in will not be liable for any delivery-related issues if you fail to notify us within 1 working day of receipt of the product(s).

1.4. If you wish to return non-defective product(s), www.specialmeds.in may accept returns of unopened, unused products, subject to a 10% restocking charge. You must notify us of your intention to return such product(s) within 3 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted if notification is made after this period.

1.5. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Wrongly ordered product(s) do not qualify for returns.
  2. The batch number of the product(s) being returned must match the invoice.
  3. Returns due to changes in prescription do not qualify.
  4. The product(s) must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including original price tags, labels, barcodes, and the invoice.
  5. Partially used or consumed product(s) do not qualify for returns.

1.7. www.specialmeds.in does not offer replacements or exchanges for non-returnable products. Additionally, www.specialmeds.in reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for specific products clearly marked on their respective product pages with the note: “This item is non-returnable and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.”

 

Return Process 

1.8. To request a return, email us within 3 working days of receipt, providing your order details and the reason for the return. www.specialmeds.in may also require you to upload pictures of the received product(s) to facilitate the return process.

1.9. The Company will verify your return request within 3 working days of receiving it. If the claim is found to be genuine and valid, www.specialmeds.in will arrange for the collection of the product(s). You must ensure the product(s) are securely packed in their original manufacturer’s packaging for return.
