Refund Policy

1.1. SpecialMeds will offer a full refund under the following circumstances:
a. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
b. The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

1.2. The mode of refund will depend on the original payment method and specific circumstances:

  • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that this timeline is governed by bank policies, and SpecialMeds has no control over any delays caused.
  • Wallet Payments: Refunds should be credited within 24 hours from initiation.

We strive to ensure a seamless refund process and regret any inconvenience caused due to delays outside/beyond our control. 

How to Request a Refund 

1.3 To request a refund, email us within 3 days of receiving your order, including the order details and the reason for your request. Alternatively, you can raise a refund request directly on our Website/App. To facilitate the refund process, you may also be required to upload pictures of the product(s) received.

1.4. The Company will verify your refund request within 3 working days from receipt. If the claim is verified as genuine, www.specialmeds.in will initiate the refund process. In cases where a product return is required, www.specialmeds.in may arrange for the collection of the product(s). You will need to pack the item(s) securely in the original manufacturer’s packaging for the collection process.
