offer a full refund under the following circumstances:
a. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
b. The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

How to Request a Refund
1.3 To request a refund,
email us within 3 days of receiving your order, including the order details and
the reason for your request. Alternatively, you can raise a refund request
directly on our Website/App. To facilitate the refund process, you may also be
required to upload pictures of the product(s) received.
1.4. The Company will
verify your refund request within 3 working days from receipt. If the claim is
verified as genuine, www.specialmeds.in will initiate the refund process. In cases where a product return is
required, www.specialmeds.in may arrange for the collection of the product(s). You will need to pack
the item(s) securely in the original manufacturer’s packaging for the
collection process.
